For the past decade, WalkSanDiego has successfully promoted walkable communities at the neighborhood level and advocated for policy change at regional and state levels. Our ‘grassroots’ to ‘treetops’ approach  has enabled us to effectively address immediate local needs while influencing policies and practices that have a long-term impact on our region.
