City Contact Toolbox

You don't need to be an engineer to have safer streets. All cities have programs or processes in place to listen and respond to resident traffic concerns. Some cities have formal programs to calm traffic on neighborhood roads, guide residents' requests, and involve them in the decision making process. Other cities have designated staff people to respond to requests and analyze potential solutions.

A City Contact Toolbox is outlined below with links to the individual city websites. Find your city and learn how to get started making your neighborhood safer to walk. You can also report a problem to WalkSanDiego and we'll help guide you through the process.
