• Lemon Grove allows for requests about traffic or pedestrian safety concerns to be made through its Public Works Department.
• To get started, residents should submit forms online using the Citizen Request Tracker tool.  
• The Public Works Department will receive the request and work with the Engineering Department to respond as quickly as possible. 
• Public Works and Engineering staff will also assist walk-in customers between 8:00-10:00 AM and 3:00-5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and alternate Fridays. Customers may schedule an appointment in advance to reduce waiting time.
