Santee asks residents to report traffic concerns via phone (619-258-4100, x. 190) or fax (619-562-9376). A form can also be submitted online through the City’s website. When you report the concern, make sure to include an explanation of the problem, location, and time of day the problem is occurring.
Once your form is received, City staff will conduct a field investigation, make adjustments or issue work orders as appropriate, and notify you about the results. When reporting the concern, make sure to ask the City to share investigation results with you before taking any action. This will allow you and other neighbors to stay involved in the decision making.
